Responsibilities
- Present a professional company image as the first point of contact to clients and potential clients
- Onboard new clients by verifying identity and documentation according to the company's KYC policies
- Process remittance transactions accurately and timely using computerized systems while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
- Promote the company's remittance services to meet client personal or business needs
- Respond promptly and clearly to client and potential client queries via chat, calls, and email to resolve issues and provide information
- Perform cashiering duties with precision, handling transactions and funds with integrity and care
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum tertiary-level education (Diploma/Degree)
- Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in an additional language (Mandarin, Bahasa, or Tagalog) to effectively engage with a diverse client base
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
