Subjects: Secondary School Mathematics & EAL

. Create a learning environment where students engage in ongoing learning and reflection.

. Communicate and cooperate with staff and parents to support student success.

. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, including EAL students.

. Arrange the classroom and materials according to school guidelines and maintain attractive displays to enhance the learning environment.

. Organise external learning opportunities, such as outdoor learning trips.

. Assess, track, and report on student progress and behaviour, providing feedback and setting improvement goals.

. Prepare and present class assemblies and grade-level performances or productions.

. Contribute to the extracurricular programme (ECAs)

. Provide pastoral care and support for students, ensuring their well-being.

. Maintain high standards of behaviour, ensuring students health and safety, and use positive reinforcement in line with school policies.

. Attend required staff meetings, workshops, and school events, including some weekends and evenings.

. Participate in professional development and improvement committees to enhance teaching practice.
