We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Relief Assistant Teacher to join our dynamic team at Wharton Preschool Pte Ltd in the East Region. As a Relief Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our curriculum and ensuring the wellbeing of our young learners. What you'll be doing

• Assisting teachers in the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate educational activities

• Providing attentive care and supervision to children during indoor and outdoor play

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children

• Supporting with meal preparation, serving, and clean-up

• Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to promoting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude

• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, special needs education or a related field would be an advantage
