About the role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Helper to join our dynamic team at Wharton Preschool Pte Ltd in the East Region. As a Program Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our curriculum and ensuring the wellbeing of our young learners. What you'll be doing
Assisting teachers in the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate educational activities
Providing attentive care and supervision to children during indoor and outdoor play
Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children
Supporting with meal preparation, serving, and clean-up
Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to promoting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude
Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, special needs education or a related field would be an advantage
