Job Summary
This role enhances product reliability and quality by performing detailed reliability and CAF testing, documenting results, and maintaining test equipment and work areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform reliability testing to assess product performance and durability in production evaluations and customer product tests
- Conduct CAF testing with precision, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with testing standards
- Organize and execute CAF testing on test vehicles to support product evaluation
- Document and report detailed findings from all tests to maintain accurate records
- Maintain thorough and organized records of test plans, results, and related documentation
- Perform reflow processing using controlled thermal profiles to ensure test accuracy
- Clean and maintain test equipment to ensure proper operation and reliability
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the working area to support a safe and efficient environment
- Deliver reliability testing services efficiently, meeting objectives, schedules, and quality standards
- Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned to contribute to team goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1-2 years of work experience in a laboratory or industrial environment preferred
- Experience in reliability testing, cross-section preparation, and microscopy analysis is an advantage
- Background in PCB testing is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fresh school leavers are welcome as training will be provided
