Reliability Lead Engineer

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organization in the heavy machinery industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for Reliability Lead Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Reliability Engineering.

THE ROLE

The Reliability Lead Engineer is responsible for:

• Lead and improve the reliability, performance, and availability of equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to reduce breakdowns
• Manage maintenance programs, spare parts planning, and equipment improvement initiatives.
• Lead equipment-related projects, including planning, budgeting, vendor management, testing, and commissioning.
• Mentor engineers, support training programs, and provide technical guidance to the team.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance, reliability engineering, or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of material handling systems, heavy equipment, and maintenance best practices.
• Proven experience leading engineering projects and managing stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
