Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for reliability test capability installation in-house and support reliability test requirement.
Responsible for communication and coordination with external lab in supporting customer specified reliability test or reliability study demand.
Participating New Project Introduction (NPI) review and plan in order to deliver customer required/ specified reliable PCB.
Work with Process Engineering/ Quality department to set process and product reliability buy-off methods per process/ product requirement.
Continuously enhance plant wide PCB regular reliability Test Vehicle to be representative to plant technology level and product capability.
Set up and establish in-house PCB reliability test capability - IST test, SIR, CAF, D-Coupon.
Coordinate with external lab to support customer specified or in-house reliability test or reliability study demand.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 year of experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge on quality system ISO9001/TS16949, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, 8D Report, Six Sigma green belt certification will be added value.
Familiar with Microsoft office software including Word and Power Point.
Good presentation and negotiation skill on English.
Prior working experience in PCB-related industries would be an advantage.
