As a Release Management Analyst, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and governing technology releases across multiple systems.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end technology releases, including scheduling and stakeholder communication
- Maintain the release calendar and facilitate release governance/review meetings
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth, high-quality deployments
- Identify and manage release risks, issues, and dependencies, including rollback planning
- Track release performance, report KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through post-release reviews
What we're looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in release management, IT operations, or service management
- Experience managing multiple concurrent releases in complex environments
- Exposure to banking, payments, or financial services environments is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and frameworks such as ITIL
- Familiar with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and delivery approaches like Agile, Scrum, or DevOps
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, GitHub, Bitbucket, or CI/CD pipelines (e.g., AWS CodePipeline)
