Job Description
1. Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in maintaining and strengthening client relationships through effective account servicing and client engagement.
2. Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing client enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
3. Process client instructions and monitor client accounts in accordance with Private Banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct business analysis and feasibility assessments to identify product opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
5. Prepare business forecasts, performance tracking, and management information to support planning and decision-making.
6. Perform Management Information System (MIS) reporting, data management, and management reporting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business data.
7. Support the administration and monitoring of referral programmes, incentive schemes, sales campaigns, and other business initiatives.
8. Coordinate and support client events, marketing activities, and business development programmes.
9. Liaise with internal stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and product teams to facilitate effective execution of business objectives.
10. Support the Team Head in business management, reporting, performance monitoring, and other ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
2. 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in private banking, wealth management, or high-end financial marketing.
3.Strong project management and organizational skills ability to manage multiple priorities.
4.Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
5.Creative mindset with solid knowledge of branding, content creation, and digital marketing.
6. Proficient in Excel, prior experience with programming or coding is preferred
