Job Purposes:
- Achieve monthly sales target via sale of Wealth products while abiding financial regulatory requirements throughout the selling process.
- To build strong banking relationship with customers by providing quality financial advice and ensuring customer satisfaction at the same time
Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance and Management:
- To evaluate customers needs and provide solutions in the areas of wealth protection and accumulation, retirement planning, estate preservation and endowment planning.
- Design and recommend wealth solution to meet the objectives of the customers
- Take initiative to plan and organize daily schedule for various sales generating activities
- Conduct daily calls to the customers in their portfolio base to arrange for appointments and to offer assistance to them.
- To regularly update their clients on their holdings and investment performance.
- Achieve monthly sales target for various banking products with consistency
- Fulfill training requirements which are set by the organization
- Ensure completeness and accuracy in application process to minimize reworks.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards and procedures of the Bank.
- Ensure sales process is met and follow throughout and maintain BSC grading of A/B
- Ensure proper screening and gathering of customer information to satisfy KYC procedure.
Responsibilities:
- Degree or Diploma with local institution
- Networking, Prospecting, Negotiation, self starter, articulate well, well verse in Insurance and Investments
- Minimum 3 years of Wealth sales experience
