Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Relationship Manager to primarily support both roadshow events and branch-based services. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and deepening client engagement through face-to-face interactions.
This role involves shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to meet client needs and optimize our event and branch schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients during roadshows and at the branch, providing professional, tailored financial advice and support.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Support branch activities including client onboarding, product inquiries, and service requests.
- Coordinate logistics and client engagement during weekend and public holiday roadshows.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Actively contribute to team targets and business development efforts.
- Assist in internal handovers, especially during shifts, to ensure continuity of service.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a client-facing financial services or banking role.
- Eligibility or interest in obtaining relevant regulatory licenses (e.g., for selling investment products).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
