- Must possess relevant RM experience or existing HNW/Mass Affluent clientele
- Available Segments: Priority-Private or Priority,Onshore or Offshore
- Remuneration: Basic Salary (S$5,000 S$10,000+; negotiable based on latest corporate rank and sales track record) + Individual Commissions
- Performance-Driven Rewards: UNCAPPED Individual Commissions (unlike banks which offer Discretionary/Team Bonus), ideal for High Performers seeking higher income potential or career progression
Suitable Candidates
This role is strictly open to applicants who possess the following relevant backgrounds only:
- Existing Priority/Privilege/Premier Banking RMs seeking an uncapped Commissions structure, stronger platform, and wider market coverage
- Personal Bankers with outstanding sales track record aiming to step up into the HNW space
- Candidates with an Insurance-only background will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and must have consistently qualified for MDRT, by Commission or Income category, for the past 2-3 consecutive years
Role Requirements
- MUST have Wealth Management experience and existing portfolio/network of HNW/Priority Banking clients
- Achieved revenue of SGD 100K to 120K or more per quarter, ideally with a prior track record of exceeding this range
- Hands-on experience managing at least 2 of the following: Funds, Structured Products, Bancassurance/Insurance

- Bonds: Corporate & Sovereign
- Structured Products: DCI, ELN, FCN and more
- Funds: broad range of Unit Trusts and Fund of Funds
- Bancassurance: including Universal Life
- Premium & Investment Product Financing
