Description
- Highly motivated individuals to promote and acquire New to Bank and existing customers by cross-selling the value propositions of banking facilities such as credit cards, banking accounts, or fund transfer programs to various consumer segment
- Engage & build good relationships with customers, generate sales referrals & deliver good client experience
- Good follow-up skills and ensuring customers applications and documentation are completed for processing timely
- Requires to meet performance standards, business goals, and sales targets
- Able to present effectively and communicate comfortably to customers face-to-face or through telemarketing activities
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma qualifications
- The candidate must be confident, meticulous, possess good interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Candidate needs to have good communication & customer service skills
- Sales-oriented and self-motivated candidate to excel in sales targets and goals
- A team player with the ability to multi-task & thrive in a banking sales environment
- Computer literate, proficient with use of MS Office & Outlook
