(a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

About the Role

The Relationship Manager Sales is responsible for new client acquisition and revenue growth across MetaComp's corporate and institutional client base. This is a quota-carrying, front-line sales role, focused on originating, closing, and expanding client relationships. The RM acts as the commercial owner of the client relationship, from prospecting and deal structuring through onboarding and ongoing revenue expansion, working closely with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development (Primary Focus)

  • Prospect, source, and close new corporate and institutional clients across payments, FX, and value-added services.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Solution Selling & Commercial Ownership

  • Understand client business models and payment flows to propose tailored solutions.
  • Structure commercial terms in line with product capabilities, risk appetite, and margin requirements.
  • Partner with Product and Solutions teams to support complex or bespoke deals.

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

  • Drive ongoing revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell of additional products and corridors.
  • Identify new use cases, transaction volumes, and expansion opportunities within existing clients.
  • Maintain ownership of client P&L performance and usage metrics.

Onboarding & Deal Execution

  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact during onboarding.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Ops to ensure smooth KYC/KYB and account activation.
  • Manage client expectations and timelines through the onboarding process.

Market & Partnership Development

  • Develop relationships with ecosystem partners, platforms, and introducers.
  • Represent MetaComp at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and pricing strategy.

CRM, Reporting & Governance

  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular revenue, pipeline, and performance updates for management.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 48+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within:
  • Payments, fintech, FX, or financial services
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to corporate, platform, or institutional clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of cross-border payments, FX, or transaction-based pricing models.
  • Familiarity with onboarding and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
  • Confident in pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
