As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating internal teams to deliver high-quality corporate services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, is commercially minded, and can balance relationship management with compliance and operational discipline.
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, including Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Tax, and Compliance
Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely, accurate, and professional service delivery
Understand clients business needs and recommend appropriate corporate solutions
Handle client enquiries, onboarding, renewals, and ongoing service coordination
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service standards
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant services where appropriate
Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction
Maintain accurate client records, communications, and documentation
Support senior management on client-related matters when required
Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field
Prior experience in client-facing roles, corporate services, professional services, or financial services is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, organised, and compliance-conscious
Comfortable engaging clients professionally via email, calls, and meetings
Team player with a proactive and responsible mindset
