We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Indonesian corporate clients. This is a client-facing role with broad product exposure, offering the opportunity to leverage the Bank's regional franchise and deliver integrated financial solutions across the full spectrum of corporate and investment banking.
Responsibilities :-
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Indonesian corporate clients, driving overall account strategy across industries
- Primary client contact, ensuring seamless engagement across the Bank's full product suite
- Originate, structure, and deliver solutions across financing, trade, treasury/hedging, investment banking, M&A, capital markets, and cash/wealth management
- Drive cross-selling initiatives to deepen client relationships and enhance portfolio returns
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the Bank's regional and global network to identify and execute opportunities across the client value chain
- Lead strategic discussions with clients on business needs, day-to-day operational requirements, KYC, and transaction structuring
- Oversee credit proposals, credit reviews, legal documentation, and ongoing portfolio and credit monitoring
Requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree with prior experience managing key Indonesian large corporates
- 812 years of relevant banking experience across corporate banking, investment banking, and advisory
- Hands-on experience in M&A, DCM, loan syndication, trade finance, and global markets transactions
- Strong experience engaging Bahasa Indonesiaspeaking clients, with deep Indonesia market coverage
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead deal teams across origination and execution
- Solid understanding of credit analysis, corporate finance, banking products, and loan/security documentation
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Independent, self-driven, and comfortable engaging strategically with senior stakeholders
- Results-oriented, commercially astute, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships internally and externally
