This role focuses on managing and growing client relationships while driving FX revenue through advisory, execution, and business development. The individual acts as a trusted partner to clients, delivering tailored FX solutions and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, institutional, and private clients, serving as the main contact for all FX-related needs
Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts through FX products such as spot, forwards, swaps, and options
Provide market insights and recommend hedging and risk management strategies aligned with client exposures
Coordinate with trading and operations teams to ensure efficient pricing, execution, and settlement of FX transactions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including client onboarding, KYC, and ongoing risk monitoring
Stay informed on market trends and provide feedback on client needs and product opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in FX sales, relationship management, or treasury solutions
Strong knowledge of FX products and trading workflows
Proven ability to generate revenue and acquire clients
Good understanding of treasury, payments, and cross-border transactions
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
