Lead and manage the floor-level service and sales team to uphold and enhance company service standards while building strong customer relationships and supporting sales growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the floor-level service and sales team to consistently meet and improve company service standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to build and maintain positive relationships that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that attract new customers and expand the customer base.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and implement improvements aligned with company goals.
- Demonstrate leadership by motivating and guiding the floor crew to deliver excellent service and teamwork.
- Apply strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to engage customers and team members effectively.
- Utilize active listening, empathy, and polite manners to address customer needs and foster a supportive team environment.
- Use bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate clearly with diverse customers and staff.
