We're Hiring | Relationship Manager – MNC Accounts & EPR Business

Location: Singapore

Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for a commercially driven Relationship Manager to develop strategic relationships with multinational corporations (MNCs) and drive new business across Singapore and Southeast Asia in the areas of EPR compliance, e-waste recycling, battery recycling, and sustainability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new MNC clients across technology, electronics, telecom, and battery sectors.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across procurement, sustainability, ESG, compliance, and supply chain functions.
• Drive client meetings, presentations, proposals, commercial negotiations, and business closures.
• Develop and manage strategic accounts, sales pipelines, and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal technical, compliance, and operations teams to deliver customised recycling and EPR solutions.
• Track market opportunities, customer requirements, and regulatory developments across the region.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, or corporate relationship management.
• Experience handling MNCs, global OEMs, technology companies, or enterprise clients.
• Exposure to EPR, e-waste recycling, battery recycling, ESG, sustainability, or environmental compliance will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close business independently.
• Candidates based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore will be preferred.
