Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Accounts (CV & CE). This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth by managing and nurturing relationships with individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales within the financial services sector. This position demands strategic thinking, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to deliver customized banking solutions that align with clients financial goals while contributing to the bank's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets for Current and Savings Accounts.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions, ensuring alignment with the bank's product offerings and compliance standards.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Monitor and manage portfolio performance, proactively addressing client concerns and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional banking products.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing client relationships and transactions.
- Participate in community and networking events to enhance the bank's brand presence and build a robust referral network.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance and knowledge of banking products and customer service excellence.
