About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven
Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking to join RHB Banking Group. You will be responsible for managing and growing corporate client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring high asset quality while supporting team leadership and mentoring junior bankers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Acquire and manage corporate clients to meet KPIs
- Deepen client relationships and increase product penetration
- Identify market opportunities and grow share of wallet
- Monitor credit quality and perform timely reviews
- Assist in restructuring NPL accounts and support BAU matters
- Coach junior relationship managers and support team initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Banking or Credit Risk
- Strong corporate network and product knowledge
- Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
