Role Description

As a full-time Relationship Manager, your role manages client portfolios, builds relationships, offers financial solutions (investments, loans, insurance), drives business growth, ensures compliance, and collaborates with specialists to meet client wealth/business needs, focusing on segments like Priority Banking, Global Subsidiaries, or Corporate Clients, with key responsibilities in sales, service, and risk management.

  • Client Management:Manage high-profile clients with international / cross-border needs. Understand their needs, managing their portfolios, and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Business Growth:Acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, and cross-sell a wide range of banking products (deposits, investments, loans, bancassurance) to meet sales targets

  • Financial Solutions:Provide tailored advice and solutions, leveraging specialists (investment, credit) for complex financial planning, wealth management, or corporate banking needs.

  • Risk & Compliance:Adhere to regulatory frameworks, manage operational risks, and ensure all activities meet the bank's governance and compliance standards.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (Product, Risk, Compliance, Support Functions) and other RMs.

Qualifications
