Job Summary
Join the Deposits team to service and grow a portfolio of Fixed Deposits customers, expanding the deposit base locally and regionally while managing customer relationships and ensuring compliance with onboarding and KYC processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Fixed Deposits customers, including personal and corporate clients, to increase deposit base
- Source and acquire new Fixed Deposits customers locally and from the region to expand business opportunities
- Perform customer onboarding by conducting due diligence screening and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on prospective clients
- Conduct periodic KYC reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
- Attend to the banking needs and transactional requests of portfolio customers across all accounts maintained with the Bank
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate actively in the Bank's marketing activities to promote Fixed Deposits products and services
- Work independently and manage workload effectively under pressure and tight timelines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Recognized Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role servicing Fixed Deposits or related banking products
- Demonstrate maturity and confidence in handling difficult situations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams
