Finance(Banking)
Our client is a wholly-owned subsidiary of one of the largest banks in Southeast Asia. They are seeking a Relationship Manager to acquire, manage, and advise client relationships within the marketing function.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve annual revenue targets, net new money goals, and assigned business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding and addressing clients diverse financial needs.
- Advise clients on investment products and services to grow assets under management.
- Contribute to business development and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed on market trends, products, and services provide input for new product development.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance in client servicing tasks.
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Degree holder, preferably in finance, business, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial industry
- Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) - strong listening, writing, and speaking skills
- Experience managing assets under management (AUM) of at least USD 200 million
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with good business acumen
- Experience in handling Japanese clients
- Experience in working in a Japanese financial institution
(Advantageous)
- Holder of CACS Papers I and II (Client Adviser Competency Standards) or willing to obtain after joining
