The Relations and Marketing Officer (RMO) partners the Principal in areas of engaging with parents, providing personalized customer service and marketing efforts. The RMO will also work closely with other HQ departments to provide administrative, customer service support at centre level.
Job Description
- Provide quality service and strengthen Parent engagement and involvement
- Provide marketing support to raise publicity and awareness of centre
- Provide administrative support at centre
- Ensure compliance with Finance process and procedures
- Ensure accurate record keeping and available information to meet regulatory and audit requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma and above
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organising skills
- Pleasant disposition
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
