Sitting between middle office and client-facing functions, this role connects operational execution with client needs. partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless client experience.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure a smooth client experienceresolving issues, delivering timely reporting, and providing clear, value-added insights.
- Support proposals and stay on top of market developments.
- Manage treaty claims end-to-endinitiating payments, tracking timelines, and monitoring major losses.
- Validate data, resolve inconsistencies, maintain reserves, and support claim settlements, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Oversee premium activities across renewals and new businessensuring accurate contract setup, processing premiums and adjustments, and meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with external partners and ensure compliance requirements are met.
