We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveRegulatory Project Coordinatorto assist our clients in handling various business-related applications and renovation approvals. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end processes involving agencies like SFA, URA, SCDF, and HDB.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate business permit and renovation approval applications
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies
- Assist with document preparation (e.g., floor plans, tenancy agreements)
- Monitor submission timelines and follow up on approvals
- Provide project and admin support throughout the process
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management or similar
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to read floor plans is a plus
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
