My client is a leading and growing Commodities Derivatives Platform and we are recruiting for a Compliance professional to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business and work closely with stakeholders in the market. Responsibilities for this Regulatory Compliance - Commodities Derivatives Platform

• Provide regulatory and compliance advisory support to senior management and business units covering Derivatives, Securities, Commodities, etc.
• Review, enhance, and maintain policies, procedures, and control frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee core compliance activities including licensing, regulatory change, trade surveillance, market abuse monitoring, complaints handling, compliance monitoring, conflicts of interest, cross‑border marketing, outsourcing governance, and management reporting, etc.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and ensure appropriate controls are in place to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory and conduct risks.

Requirements for this Regulatory Compliance - Commodities Derivatives Platform

• 5 years of experience in financial services regulatory compliance and/or a regulatory environment, with exposure to exchange‑traded and OTC derivatives.
• Relevant experience gained within audit firms, banks, brokerages, or other financial services institutions.
• Strong working knowledge of MAS regulations
