Summary:
This position reports into Head of Skin Health & Beauty and Essential Health Regulatory Affairs and will be based in Singapore.

The personnel support a range of regulatory activities for the assigned portfolio. This includes ensuring regulatory requirements are considered in the projects, assisting in coordination of documents needed for submissions and supporting markets in regulatory authority questions.

Responsibilities:

• Supports preparation of regulatory documentation according to regulatory requirements and guidelines for markets submission and registration.
• Supports the review of product changes to ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintains regulatory databases/systems as needed
• Assist in monitoring and reviewing regulatory developments. Communicate regulatory changes and support their implementation across teams.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related Life Sciences with minimum 1 year of Regulatory Affairs experience preferably in consumer health/FMCG (cosmetic) industry.
• Strong attention to details
• Good organizational and project management skills
