YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

1. Product Registration and Regulatory Compliance(APAC)

Support product registration and customs clearanceprocesses for nutrition supplements across the APAC region.

Coordinate and follow up on regulatory compliancetasks and product registration activities, including:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and compliant responses to product registration and regulatory inquiries from subsidiaries and regulatory authorities
  • Manage regulatory documentation requests
  • Support regulatory assessments in collaboration with regional and local stakeholders

Review and validate, product labels, claims, and artwork to ensure compliance with applicable nutrition supplement regulations.

Maintain, track, and update regulatory databases, registration status, and compliance records.

2. Documentation and Regulatory File Management

Maintain complete and accurate regulatory dossiers, including product, ingredient, and compliance documentation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for regulatory documentation processes and systems.

3. Future Scope - Cosmetics Regulatory Affairs

The candidate may be tasked to support regulatory affairs cosmetics, in line with business growth and portfolio development.

Assist in monitoring regulatory changes and compliance requirements for cosmetics across APAC markets.

Support the preparation and maintenance of cosmetic product information files, ingredient assessments, and regulatory submissions as required.

Qualifications& Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nutrition, Health Science, or a related field, with atleast 2 years of relevant experience.
