As a Pet Wellness Coordinator, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to ensuring every pet's stay is calm, happy, and comfortable - even through the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive overnight supervision and comfort for dogs in our suites and play areas.
- Monitor CCTV, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Feed, walk, and observe pets according to their individual routines and dietary needs.
- Assist with basic grooming (brushing fur, brush teeth etc), bedding changes, and sanitation of suites and common areas.
- Record any behavioural or health observations and report promptly to management.
- Support morning check-ins or check-outs when required.
- Uphold Pawtel & Friends boutique service standards and care philosophy.
Requirements
- Genuine love and compassion for animals - dogs in particular.
- Responsible, alert, and comfortable working independently through the night.
- Prior experience in pet care, veterinary clinics, or boarding facilities is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Physically fit and confident handling dogs of various breeds and sizes.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a calm, caring demeanour under pressure.
