Regulatory Affairs Lead - based in Malaysia or Singapore

Description

Our client is a global food and beverage manufacturer looking to appoint an experienced Regulatory Affairs Lead to support market expansion and compliance in the Asia Pacific region. This role can be based in Malaysia or Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will be leading and driving regulatory compliance in the region and be a key partner to the business providing regulatory insights to drive product innovation. You have a good understanding on product labelling and claims, and able to advise on product registrations, market entry feasibility for the food and health supplement portfolio. You will engage closely with the regional and in-market stakeholders, including distributors, and provide clear regulatory guidance, balancing compliance and commercial objectives.

Requirements

You have proven regulatory affairs experience in the food manufacturing environment and possess a solid understanding of the regulatory frameworks across multiple markets. You are comfortable operating in a lean team and entrepreneurial environment where you are accountable for regulatory matters for the Asia Pacific region. You communicate clearly, influence effectively, and demonstrate the confidence to manage stakeholders. Regional regulatory experience is highly advantageous.
