Wyse Active is a dynamic sports and lifestyle organisation operating a premium badminton facility, programmes, events, and community-driven initiatives. We are looking for dependable and energetic Regular Part-Time Operations Crew to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our venue.
About the role
As part of our Operations Crew, you will support the daily running of Wyse Active Hub and help ensure a smooth, safe, and positive experience for customers, members, and guests. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, service-oriented, and able to commit to a regular part-time schedule, including evenings and/or weekends.
What you'll be doing
- Support day-to-day operational needs of the facility
- Assist with front desk / customer service duties, including basic enquiries and customer support
- Support court and venue readiness, including set-up and general upkeep of operational areas
- Monitor cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the facility
- Assist with check-ins, bookings, and basic administrative tasks as assigned
- Support the team during peak periods, programmes, events,or operational activities
- Help with on-ground support during events or busy sessions
- Report any operational issues, customer concerns, or maintenance matters promptly
- Carry out ad hoc operational and administrative duties assigned by supervisors

- Prior experience in customer service, sports, hospitality, or operations support is an advantage, but not required.
