Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in accordance with established clinical practices.
Educate patients and their families on basic healthcare, treatment instructions, medication-related guidance, and follow-up care where appropriate.
Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patients vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Collect, label, and handle patient specimens in accordance with established procedures.
Support the Senior Nurse and Nurse Manager with daily nursing operations and patient management activities.
Assist specialist doctors and nursing colleagues during consultations and clinical procedures where required.
Ensure accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation and patient records.
Maintain a professional and safe care environment while adhering to applicable clinical and workplace procedures.
Support other nursing, patient care, and clinic-related activities as assigned by the nursing or management team.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Nursing, with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
Strong patient-care orientation with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsible, adaptable, and attentive to clinical and patient-care requirements.
Committed to maintaining high standards of nursing care, professionalism, and service.
