Staff Nurse (Renal / Dialysis Services)

Work Schedule

Dialysis Centres: 2 Rotating Shifts (AM / PM) - No Overnight Shift
Hospital Renal Department: 2 or 3 Rotating Shifts depending on assigned unit
Candidates must be open to cross-rotation within renal service areas

Responsibilities

Perform routine dialysis treatment procedures and nursing interventions
Provide comprehensive nursing care and oversee dialysis treatment from commencement to completion
Monitor patients vital signs and assess their condition throughout treatment
Support patients undergoing Haemodialysis (HD) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD)
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care
Perform any other duties assigned by the management

Requirements

Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
Possess a positive attitude and willingness to work within various renal care settings
Able to work rotating shifts and support cross-department rotations within renal services
