As the Content Manager, you will shape how the brand comes to life across hotels, resorts, and all brand touchpoints. You are both a storyteller and curator, guiding the creation of compelling visual and written content that elevates the guest experience and expresses our brand promise consistently and creatively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead branded content strategies across B2B and B2C touchpoints
- Partner closely with Digital Marketing department to optimise content for SEO, performance marketing, and paid media
- Oversee the end-to-end development of creative assets
- Curate and coordinate content from properties and business units to build a robust, inspiring content ecosystem that supports storytelling at scale
- Plan and deliver HQ-led brand activations in close collaboration with regional and property teams
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in content-led roles within hospitality, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end campaigns
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite and leveraging AI tools for ideation and content development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
