Regional Treasury Manager (Payments/Financial Services)

We are supporting a global financial services platform in the search for a Regional Treasury Manager for the APAC region. This role will focus on managing key treasury activities including liquidity oversight, foreign exchange exposure and fund safeguarding across multiple markets, while partnering with internal and external stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for regional treasury matters, supporting liquidity, treasury markets activity and client fund safeguarding.

Monitor and manage regional liquidity positions across multiple entities and currencies.

Support the management of foreign exchange exposure and treasury market activities, including monitoring and execution of hedging strategies where required.

Contribute to the development and implementation of liquidity and funding frameworks aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.

Partner with internal stakeholders across commercial, finance, product and operational teams on treasury related topics.

Prepare and analyse treasury reporting and management information, including liquidity and FX related insights.

Support treasury governance activities and collaborate with regional and global treasury teams on ongoing initiatives.

Key Requirements

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in treasury within financial services.

Strong understanding of liquidity management, treasury markets and foreign exchange risk.

Experience operating in a hands on treasury environment, ideally with exposure to market related activities.

Background within financial institutions or payments related environments preferred.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.

Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, taking ownership of key treasury topics while collaborating with wider teams.

Analytical mindset with experience in financial analysis, modelling or treasury reporting.

Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment, with the ability to support process improvements and new initiatives.
