Regional Treasury Executive/Assistant Manager (Loan & Syndication)

Job Description:

• Review and negotiate loan agreement, pricing and corporate guarantee
• Prepare due diligence documents requested by banks arising from loan
• Co-ordinate cash pooling arrangement with parent company in China
• Establish and maintain credit and trades facilities with banks
• Liaise with offshore subsidiaries to set up local financing facilities
• Lead club loan, syndicated loan and debt capital market initiatives
• Streamline and automate operational processes and work flows
• Work closely with FX, Trades, Commodities and Finance department to support various ongoing projects
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superiors

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Business Management
• Previous experience in debt capital market and dealing with Chinese banks will be an advantage
• Excellent command in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, motivated, independent, take initiatives, team player, excellent negotiation skills, financial analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
