Role Overview

Savills is seeking anexperienced Regional Transaction Manager to support the day‑to‑day execution oftransaction management services for one of Savills largest and mostsophisticated global occupier accounts, while also providing selective supportacross additional regional Global Occupier Services accounts as required.

The RegionalTransaction Manager will work closely with the account's Primary Strategy Lead,regional and local brokerage teams, and client stakeholders. Over time, andsubject to performance, the role is expected to develop the capability toassume greater ownership of the primary account.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day execution of lease transactions across the regional portfolio, including renewals, relocations, expansions, contractions, and exits.
  • Review, abstract, and interpret existing commercial leases, including leases drafted in Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
  • Translate key commercial lease terms into clear English‑language summaries suitable for regional and global stakeholders..
  • Transaction‑level financial analysis, including renewal vs relocation comparisons, cash flow modelling, and NPV analysis.
  • Develop clearly structured site‑specific recommendations, including renewal, relocation, restructure, or exit options.
  • Support or lead commercial negotiations in collaboration with local Savills brokerage teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of negotiation positions and outcomes in accordance with client governance standards.
  • Prepare high‑quality written client deliverables aligned with the client's playbook, templates, and reporting standards.
  • Confidently articulate analysis, assumptions, trade‑offs, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Ensure materials presented to the client are accurate, complete, and internally aligned prior to release.

Required Experience& Qualifications

  • Approximately 5+ years experience in commercial real estate transaction management, tenant representation, or corporate real estate advisory.
  • Experience supporting large corporate or global occupier accounts within a structured delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of office leasing structures and transaction processes across Asia Pacific.
  • Proficiency in Simplified Chinese (spoken and written) isrequired for this role as the incumbent will need to review,interpret and translate commercial lease agreements and related documents,and communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Traditional Chinese would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling and real estate transaction analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with a high level of accuracy and discipline.
