Fraxtor Private Limited is a growing real estate investment platform focused on delivering curated private market investment opportunities to investors. Working at the intersection of real estate, finance, and technology, Fraxtor partners with developers, fund managers, and strategic counterparties to originate, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities across Singapore and selected international markets.
We are seeking a commercially minded Investment Manager with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience to join our investment team. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and due diligence to execution, product positioning, and investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across Singapore and selected international markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, fund managers, and other strategic partners to enhance deal flow and strengthen the investment pipeline.
- Conduct detailed due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, including commercial, financial, market, and strategic analysis.
- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, investment memoranda, pitch materials, and investor marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support transaction structuring, execution, and product listing processes.
- Contribute investment insights and deal expertise during client presentations, investor engagement activities, and marketing events.
- Build and maintain internal databases, research resources, and market intelligence to support investment evaluation and corporate knowledge management.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as part of their professional development.
- Assist team leads and senior management in sourcing opportunities and supporting the pitch and execution process.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, private equity real estate, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, with particular familiarity in the real estate investment sector.
- Good knowledge of real estate investment strategies across core, core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic segments.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and confident in handling investment analysis and execution workstreams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good university degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
