Regional Technical Engineer (Heavy Equipment) MNC

Our client is a MNC in Equipment Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regional Technical Support Engineer to be part of their Technical Support team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Regional Technical Support Engineer:

• Provide product support and technical consultation to dealers and customers
• Manage warranty cases and conduct technical investigations
• Perform on-site testing, commissioning, troubleshooting (hardware & software)
• Collaborate with customers engineering teams and liaise with factory support
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Deliver technical training to internal teams and external partners
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in engineering field
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in port equipment
• Knowledge in PLC
• Comfortable with travelling across SEA region
