Key responsibilities

  • Oversee talent acquisition efforts and support new employees with effective onboarding and orientation initiatives.
  • Lead performance management, support HRBPs on succession planning, drive retention efforts, leverage global and regional programs to enhance the leadership capabilities, and build a strong feedback culture.
  • Evaluate training requirements and tap into global L&D offerings to craft a regional learning roadmap with HRBP support.
  • Manage vendor relationships and program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Develop regional initiatives to enhance management capabilities and increase employee engagement, promote awareness of relevant HR practices, and facilitate discussions.

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 10 years experience in Talent Management or Learning and Development.
  • Prior experience in HR Business Partnering at a regional or business-facing level is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail
  • Any prior coaching or training experience will be a plus.
