Job Description

  • Leading regional demand forecasting and supply planning activities to ensure optimal product availability across multiple markets.
  • Collaborating with commercial teams, distributors and manufacturing partners to balance demand requirements with supply capabilities.
  • Driving inventory optimisation initiatives to improve stock availability while minimising write-offs, excess inventory and obsolescence.
  • Managing regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and facilitating cross-functional planning reviews.
  • Developing supply risk mitigation strategies and supporting business continuity through scenario planning and proactive interventions.
  • Establishing and managing supplier relationships, performance reviews, contract negotiations and supplier development programmes.
  • Providing leadership, guidance and performance oversight to local market stakeholders while driving continuous process improvements across the supply chain function.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimally 5 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, procurement or related functions within a healthcare/ medical device/ manufacturing-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, managing both demand/supply planning and supplier management activities.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP, forecasting methodologies, inventory control and supply chain optimisation.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP.
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities with strong commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
