- Position : Regional Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing)
- Location : North East - Tai Seng Drive
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $15,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations (planning, procurement, inventory, logistics)
- Lead and manage supply chain team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, finance, and regional stakeholders
- Ensure material availability and support production continuity
- Monitor and improve KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, lead time)
- Manage supplier coordination and procurement planning
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce excess/obsolete stock
- Oversee inbound/outbound shipment planning and logistics execution
- Support S&OP / monthly planning reviews with supply and inventory updates
- Prepare reports, track risks, and drive process improvements
- Support ERP/MRP data accuracy and system/process enhancements
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business / Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years relevant supply chain experience in manufacturing / MNC with 2-3 years of team leadership / people management experience
- Broad hands-on exposure in planning, procurement, inventory, logistics
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics or similar)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
