Regional Supply Chain Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Supply Director for one of our Global Business Unit, who can be a great collaborator with very diverse teams in the organization. This person will be accountable to deliver value accretive growth through supply chain mastery, business acumen, and organization building.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic decision-making with the leadership team to shape supply chain strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence
• Develop and implement innovative ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products to enhance supply chain performance
• Deliver best-in-class customer service by partnering closely with market Product Supply leaders and manufacturing sites while achieving cash flow and cost targets
• Ensure end-to-end supply chain operational sufficiency to support profitable business growth and meet customer demand effectively
• Build and strengthen a robust supply chain organization for the Regional Business Unit by attracting, developing, and retaining talent
• Manage, coach, and advise a diverse team, ensuring compliance with stewardship requirements and promptly initiating corrective actions when necessary
• Collaborate cross-functionally with category planning, innovation, and plant teams across APAC to drive category initiative deliveries that increase net sales and profit
• Drive net structural savings across all supply chain nodes through continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
• Foster a highly engaged organization and develop a pipeline for future Product Supply leaders through effective talent management and leadership development

Role Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise with 8+ years of multinational consumer goods supply chain planning experience
• Proven experience in supply chain planning for Asia Pacific markets
• Hands-on experience in production management within manufacturing plants, inventory management, and delivering supply chain initiatives
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading and collaborating with large multicultural teams with varied strengths
• Advanced analytical, interpretative, and evaluative thinking skills applied to supply chain challenges and decision-making
• Experience in the beauty category, adding valuable industry-specific insights
• Knowledge of demand planning, physical distribution, and manufacturing processes to enhance supply chain integration
