Regional Store Designer

REGIONAL STORE DESIGNER

Be a key team member in the creation of appealing interior design, new fixture development and merchandising bible for Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

. Provide interior design solutions from space planning up to final design for Local and Travel Retail channels.

. Develop full design package for point of sales to ensure consistency and quality with brand standard.

. Review vendor's full package prior to construction. Coordinate and give oral or written clarification to contractor's queries related to construction.

. Design and develop fixtures that are in line with Sisley brand image.

. Manage the development of new fixtures by working with suppliers & local countries. Includes coordinating on prototyping, sourcing of new materials up to installation phase.

. Follow up on project status and timeline management through project tracker on an on-going basis.

. Maintain the technical specification of regional merchandising bible, ensuring it is up to date.

. Conduct counter audits and post install reviews to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

. Support the forecast, ordering of semi-permanent fixtures between markets and suppliers.

. Provide animation/outpost/pop-up one off design or guideline from planning to final design whenever needed.

. Manage quality of build such as fabrication and installation checks & on-site supervision whenever needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

. Possess a Diploma or degree in Architecture /Interior Design.

. Possess at least 3-5 years of experience in retail store or interior design.

Skills and Competencies:

. Full proficiency in AutoCad and Sketch up.

. Efficient in Adobe CC software and MS Excel software is a plus.

. Strong technical expertise in Space planning, Design and Construction/Store Fit-out/Luxury boutiques.

. Familiar with retail store design requirements such as lighting, furniture design, detailing fixtures and maintaining consistency in these requirements

. Possess strong creative, excellent interpersonal, good communication and project management skills.

. Proactive and able to work in a team.
