Responsibilities:
- Carry out compensation benchmarking using regional survey data to maintain competitiveness across Asian markets, and oversee updates to salary ranges based on market intelligence.
- Contribute to the design, rollout, and management of base pay structures, incentive schemes, and other rewards programs that align with local practices and regulations. Regularly assess program effectiveness to identify areas for enhancement.
- Ensure accuracy of compensation data and prepare reports to aid in decision-making, budgeting, and workforce planning activities.
- Safeguard adherence to local employment laws, tax rules, and internal governance standards in all compensation practices.
- Work in partnership with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams, providing expertise and advice on compensation-related issues.
- Contribute to annual pay cycle activities, including merit reviews, bonus planning, and updates to salary structures for employees across Asia.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global or regional role.
- Strong understanding of compensation practices and labor regulations in Asian markets (e.g., China, India, Japan, Southeast Asia).
- Experience managing or supporting global recognition or rewards programs
