Regional Spa Manager / Beauty Consultant / Spa Receptionist

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore as a Regional Spa Manager, Beauty Consultant, or Spa Receptionist, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The selected candidate will oversee daily spa operations, provide exceptional customer service, and manage client experiences to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling budgeting tasks, managing skincare service offerings, and supervising spa staff, while maintaining an inviting, professional spa environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spa Management, including overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the spa environment
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to cultivate exceptional client experiences
• Ability to manage Budgeting responsibilities effectively and ensure cost-efficient operations
• In-depth knowledge of Skin Care, with an understanding of products and services offered by the spa
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in a hospitality or spa setting is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in spa management or beauty consultancy are advantageous
