Regional Sourcing and Marketing Manager

SynerCore Singapore Pte Ltd is a diversified company specialising in engineering design and consultancy services in energy management and power plant development. In addition, SynerCore engages in international trading of LNG, coal, steel, and pet products, connecting global suppliers with clients across South East Asia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead cross-border procurement, supplier relationship management, and marketing initiatives across China and South East Asia. The role will focus on conecting OEM suppliers in China with power plant operators and owners in the Philippines, supporting SynerCore's energy and trading businesses.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and marketing acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-cultural business environments.

The candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree in business administration or management and have at least 5 years relevant experience.
