Job Description
The Regional Senior Manager, Talent Management & Acquisition is responsible for defining and executing the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition hiring and selection process for the countries.
The role provides direction, frameworks, governance and tools to country HR, Talent Acquisition and HR teams and establishing standards in Talent Management key processes & talent acquisition – sourcing, assessment, selection, hiring and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Center of Excellence - Talent
- Act as process owner to design, plan and execute key talent management roadmap and processes aligned with business and people strategic priorities.
- Ensure consistency of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition practices across.
- Establish regional talent management governance and operating rhythms.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and scale Talent Management practices – talent engagement, organization and culture.
2. Talent Acquisition
- Lead in-countries HR to strategize the right sourcing approach to ensure robust talent pipeline, hiring and selection and enhanced employer branding.
- Develop and implement the regional Hiring & Selection operating framework across all countries in the region.
- Establish consistent standards for recruitment, candidate assessment and selection, interview quality, selection criteria while allowing for country-specific requirements.
- Establish clear hiring governance, decision rights and accountability between business leaders, HRBPs, Country HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure hiring decisions are aligned with business strategy, organization design and workforce plans.
- Ensure hiring practices are fair, objective, inclusive and compliant with applicable employment requirements.
- Develop standardized hiring and selection toolkits - interview and assessment guides.
- Lead, manage and improvise the Recruitment Application Tracking System and Recruiting Marketing career websites across region and in-countries.
- Lead, source, review and evaluate executive hiring vendors & recruitment agencies for cost effectiveness and quality of talent placed.
- Strengthen executive search, internal mobility, talent pipelines and direct sourcing capabilities.
- Lead, evaluate and govern the recruitment KPIs across region and build internal recruiters capability.
3. Talent Management and Succession
- Lead the regional Talent Management agenda in partnership with Country HR and business leaders.
- Identify high-potential and high-performing talent and strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on development, mobility and retention strategies for critical talent.
- Ensure external hiring decisions consider both immediate requirements and longer-term leadership and capability needs.
4. Employer Brand and Talent Attraction
- Partner with Country HR and leaders to strengthen Employer and employee Value Proposition.
- Develop targeted talent attraction strategies for priority countries and critical skill pools.
5. Digital, AI & Recruitment Technology
- Identify opportunities to leverage HR technology, AI and analytics across the recruitment and selection lifecycle.
- Improve sourcing, candidate screening, assessment and recruitment workflow through digital solutions.
- Partner with HRIS / Digital HR teams to optimize Talent Acquisition technology.
- Establish appropriate governance to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI in recruitment and selection.
- Promote data-driven talent decisions while maintaining appropriate human judgment in final selection decisions.

- Strengthen succession and internal talent pipelines.
- Improve recruitment analytics and visibility of talent-market trends.
- Drive adoption of digital and AI-enabled recruitment solutions.
- Build stronger collaboration and capability across Country HR / TA teams.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Strong regional / multi-country experience across Asia Pacific.
- Strong experience in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders on critical hiring.
- Experience developing and implementing regional HR / Talent frameworks and guidelines.
- Experience with assessment methodologies, structured interviewing and selection tools.
- Strong understanding of different talent markets and recruitment practices across APAC.
